Staff augmentation embeds a single vetted specialist directly into your team — you direct the work. DaaS delivers a managed pod that owns outcomes end-to-end, guided by a UX Hires partner lead. Use staff aug when you have the direction but need capacity. Use DaaS when you need both.
Do you place contractors or full-time hires?

Both. We offer staff augmentation for contract and project-based needs, and full-time recruitment for permanent hires. Many clients start with a contractor and convert to full-time.
