DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES
Our client is one of the fastest-growing Amazon marketing agencies, with over 300 team members remotely distributed across more than 12 countries. To support their rapid scaling and increasing team size and complexity, they are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources leader to drive initiatives, internal processes, and employee satisfaction. MUST HAVE
- Proven success in being part of building something substantial (company, team)
- Experience building and leading large teams
- Experience with companies of different sizes and stages of growth
- Extreme drive and sense of ownership
- ‘Full stack’ knowledge and expertise of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- 5-7 years of experience
- Some exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce and/or a tech / SaaS environment
- Able to work U.S. EST hours
- Able to work fully-remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own team satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop and implement leadership development programs
- Oversee employee benefits, payroll, health, and safety programs
- Recommend improved measures for performance optimization
- Resolve conflicts
- Oversee compliance with regulations and other standards
- Contribute to organizational strategy
- Implement tools and processes
- Be a key member of the Leadership Team
NICE TO HAVE
- Advanced degree in HR or Business Administration
- Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR)
- Advanced experience with digital marketing and e-commerce
COMPENSATION
- The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $150,000 to $180,000
