UX UI Designer – Stamford, CT (Hybrid)

Our client, a leader in global market access, is looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer. You should be comfortable creating responsive websites and designing banners and brochures using Adobe Create Cloud tools.

This is a hybrid role in Stamford, CT (three days in the office/two days remote).

 Responsibilities include:

  • Design attractive and engaging websites that follow UX/UI best practices
  • Support responsive website development and optimize output to function across various devices and platforms
  • Understand how to QA, debug and optimize web pages
  • Create sets of banners ads using shared libraries and multiple artboards
  • Design engaging, attractive brochures that maintain our brand style
  • Design visually appealing, hand-coded emails, functional on all devices and email clients
  • Understand financial products and markets

Qualifications:

  • A strong design portfolio
  • Knowledge of Bootstrap, FontAwesome, and jQuery is preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or BFA in Visual Communications or in a similar relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience as a website designer
  • Knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles
