Sr. UX Designer (US Remote)

Our Client, an IT Services & Consulting company has an incredible opportunity for a Sr. UX Designer to help revamp a global B2B ecosystem that will support a wide range of industries. In this role, you will contribute to the new concept development and enhance existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Design workflows for multi-device use across digital platforms
- Develop a new set of design components to support the redesign of a layout tool
- Workflow analysis and design
- Bring the design vision to fruition in collaboration with the development team
- Usability testing, concept design
- Build a process for collaboration between you and the rest of the development team
- Organize concept ideation workshops, create prototypes, and validate concepts
- Generate high-level designs and enhance those for delivery to development teams
- Leverage an existing Design System, and contribute new patterns into the system
Qualifications:
- 5-7 yrs of experience
- M.S or B.S in User experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or equivalent
- Displayed success leading User Experience efforts and launching splendid, useful, and usable eCommerce
- Conceptual thinking and UI design development are among your strengths, along with clear communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in workflow analysis and design for effective, efficient productivity products
- Research experience, knowledge of new technologies, and ability to leverage data to inform a design strategy
- A thoughtful, innovative, and strategic thinker who is proficient in interaction design, prototyping, and comfortable with new technologies
- Mobile design experience using Figma or similar design
- Working with data, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and integrations in highly technical areas of IT and Development
