Sr. Product Designer – Data Sharing & Marketplace (SFO or Seattle)

Our client in the Data Cloud industry is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping and defining important product experiences. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, create and test concepts, and deliver end-to-end solutions that are functional, usable, and completely fun.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences for the Data Marketplace and Data Sharing product area
- Ensure the future of the product is considered when making strategic design decisions
- Engage in relentless efforts to understand our customers, develop empathy for them, and take action on their behalf
- Alleviate complex problems to the right balance between simplicity and utility
- Create solutions that meet our customer and business needs
- Create engaging experiences by collaborating across engineering and product
- Organize solutions around clear goals, audiences, timeframes, and realistic technical capabilities while working to deliver an exceptional experience
- Improve our processes, improve our tools, and elevate our design system by participating in critiques, improving our tools, and improving our processes
- Detail-oriented, but also visionary
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing products in a product-driven technology space
- Understanding designing for consumer-focused (B2C) products
- Strong communication skills that enable your designs, decisions, and ideas to be understood and implemented by a diversity of cross-functional audiences
- Ability to design and prototype in Figma
- Knowledgeable of the latest product design trends, tools, and technology
- Created end to end product experiences for web
- A comprehensive understanding of modern interface design patterns
- Demonstratable ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data when making design decisions
- Comfort with web technologies like Javascript, HTML, and CSS (nice to have)
- Ability to prototyping with Framer, Origami, or code (nice to have)
