Senior UX Designer- Remote

Our Client, a leading AI-powered loyalty and customer engagement solutions company for the retail, food, and beverage industry is looking for a Senior UX Designer for their loyalty marketing platform.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the design of features for the Loyalty Marketing Platform
• Identify design problems and come up with elegant solutions with the Product team
• Develop user personas and scenarios, wireframes, mockups, UI prototypes, and specifications to clearly communicate designs with cross-functional teams
• Promptly test and iterate your designs by working with User Research
• Review the implementation of designs and assist in QA with Engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
• Strong information architecture knowledge
• 8-10 years of experience as a UX Designer for enterprise SaaS web applications
• Dedicated to solving user pain points through beautiful, intuitive designs
• Strong experience working on responsive designs that work on desktop, and mobile devices
• Expert in standard UX design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
