Senior Product Visual Designer- Remote

Our client, a company that created the standalone POS terminals and builds next-gen loyalty solutions for the retail, food, and beverage industries, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Visual Designer responsible for leading the visual design system and developing best-in-class experiences that drive customer and business loyalty. 

Responsibilities:

• Create a visual design system and design standards for our marketing loyalty platform to support our current and long-term objectives
• Collaborate with other designers, cross-functional teams, and customers to design effortless and chic designs and visualizations for our products
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
• Develop prototypes and mock-ups for communicating designs with stakeholders
• To ensure the designs achieve the set goals, you will lead the design review cycle with key stakeholders and customers
• The ability to drive and support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• 8 – 10 years of experience as a Visual Designer for b2b web applications
• Prior experience developing scalable design systems is a must
• Skilled in typography, color, and composition
• Defining, designing, and implementing UX from discovery to implementation
• Extensive knowledge of standard UX software (we use Figma)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to collaborate with cross-functional teammates and to deliver the best possible solution for our customers
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, CRM, and/or email marketing campaigns- Nice to have
• Master’s Degree in a related field- Nice to have

A portfolio of design work with case studies demonstrating your process and the impact of your efforts is A Must.
