Senior Mobile Product Designer – Consumer Experience (Remote)

Our client, an industry leader in hospitality software, is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile UX Designer to craft their loyalty app platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of a consumer loyalty app framework by working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive the design of a simple, intuitive, and impactful product
  • Create user personas, use cases, workflows, scenarios, concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final mock-ups to communicate designs to stakeholders
  • Lead and conduct design reviews with key stakeholders and customers to ensure the designs meet the set expectations
  • Perform competitive analysis to ensure our product is best-in-class
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs

Qualifications:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience as a Product/User Experience Designer for mobile and responsive web applications
  • Expertise in the UX design process for products, not websites, from discovery, through definition, design, and implementation
  • Fluent in mobile UI patterns
  • Master-level UX software skills (Figma)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
