Senior Account Executive / Advertising Agency- Remote

Location: Lakeland, FL – Remote

Must be willing to attend on-site, in-person meetings 1-2 times a month in Lakeland, FL

Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our agency delivers high-quality work that meets their objectives and exceeds their expectations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competition.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of strategic advertising campaigns and solutions.
  • Work closely with the creative, digital, CRM, and media teams to ensure campaign strategies are effectively executed.
  • Have a strong understanding of multi-platform campaigns
  • Present and sell creative ideas and solutions to clients
  • Work alongside the Project Management team on the progress of campaigns from concept to completion
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in pitching new clients
  • Mentor and guide National account team members

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing major client accounts and advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and paid media.
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture.
  • High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Great ability to manage budgets on behalf of clients
  • The ability to cope with pressure and keep tight deadlines
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies.
  • Exhibited strengths in customer service, communication, organization, accountability and leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to attend on-site, in-person meetings 1-2 times a month in Lakeland, FL

Compensation:

  • $85,000
