Key Responsibilities:
• Be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, catering to compliance test and certification requirements.
• Engage in daily sales and marketing discussions and conference calls.
• Represent our client at tradeshows and pivotal industry conferences.
• Play a role in interviewing and training potential talent.

Required Skillset:
• Must have some experience in the regulatory compliance industry. Familiarity with FCC, ISED, EU, Japan wireless, and EMC regulations is mandatory.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their compliance test and certification requirements are met.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage in daily sales and marketing discussions, represent the company at industry events, and effectively convey client needs to internal teams.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and techniques, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to industry-specific standards and technologies.
• Event Representation: Ability to professionally represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events, showcasing the company’s services and establishing contacts.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring client requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
• Talent Evaluation and Training: Comfort in interviewing potential candidates and a willingness to contribute to the training of new talent.
Compensation:
- $85,000 – $100,000 plus commission
