Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce SaaS analytics company, and they are actively seeking an experienced and innovative Product Designer to join their team in a 100% remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing exceptional user experiences, specializing in either B2B or B2C markets (preference for B2B).

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile design and delivery environment.
- Lead the design process for a strategic segment of our business, with a focus on client onboarding and their long-term success. Ensure that the design approach enhances the client experience, making onboarding intuitive and promoting engagement throughout their entire journey with our products and services.
- Drive client impact through proficiency in charting, reporting, and big data visualization to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive continuous improvement.
- Embrace a remote work culture, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong background in either B2B or B2C SaaS products. Preference for B2B.
- Expertise in agile design and delivery methodologies, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in driving client impact through charting, reporting, and big data visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and successful project outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in consumer-focused and data-driven design.
- Demonstrated progression in responsibilities and impact, from Senior to Principal levels.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely, ensuring high productivity and accountability.
- Adaptability to evolving project needs and a commitment to delivering impact for the business and our clients.
- Experience in conducting both generative and validative research, demonstrating a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with OKRs/KRs and a focus on measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
