Responsibilities:
- Help set direction, build and manage internal Consulting Data Analyst teams and overall operations from strategy through implementation.
- Manage multiple concurrent teams and projects to completion to produce exceptional results.
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to help improve service delivery in support of driving better outcomes for our clients.
- The role is also responsible for assisting in drafting policies and procedures, assisting with client-related service strategy processes, tracking, and evaluating operational and program performance, and identifying and resolving any issues based on data and analytics derived from client-supporting and client-facing systems.
- Identify additional growth opportunities for the business and clients.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years with data analytics
- Expert-level data analytics skills
- Experience building and optimizing a data analytics practice, including strong operational knowledge and expertise (strategy, architecture, process, governance, compliance, etc.)
- Experience with client sales and growing profitable long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a team, experience at the leadership level
- High level of individual initiative and drive, balanced by an ability to take direction from others and add value to projects originating with others.
- Preferable experience with agile and growing companies and/or startups.
- Preferred experience with the Microsoft Stack.
- Demonstrates trustworthiness and competence.
- An individual who is decisive, proactive, and daring.
