Industrial Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, vibrant, and self-motivated Industrial Construction Project Manager in Dallas, TX! 

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 

Our Client is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor that has been a Metroplex and National leader in Industrial and Commercial construction since 1977. Their expertise includes Office, Commercial, and Industrial projects with an emphasis on the transportation industry, including trucking, automotive, and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas, and across the country. By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid and construction, they are better able to understand their clients’ needs and operational goals.  

Experience:

• Senior level (5 plus years experience, ideally 8 years)
• Commercial General Contracting experience
• Light Industrial
• Tilt wall
• Ground up projects

You must possess the following:

• Formal education in construction or engineering with a strong technical knowledge is expected, and field experience is a great asset.
• Worked with freight, trucking, and car dealership construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.
• Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software.

Compensation:

• $105,000 (negotiable based on candidate experience)
• Top of industry salary/benefits package and performance-based incentive/bonus program.
