Full Stack Product Designer- SAMPLE

As a Senior Product Designer you will work closely with the product, engineering, business, and operations teams to bring these experiences to life.  As part of the design and innovation team, you will be responsible for creating simple & easy ways to use products that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the product’s user experience vision to help create powerful, professional user experiences. 
• Work closely with engineering leads and product managers to comprehend customer problems to build a successful roadmap by considering the customer needs, market analysis, and usability studies
• Collaborate with UX researchers to unpack complex user issues while building a deeper understanding of our customers
• Produce journey maps, user flows, and other documents to guide UX strategy
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts as needed to communicate specific features and behaviors effectively
• Introduce designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders and guide the collection, synthesis, and integration of feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or similar
• 2-4 years of hands-on product design experience, preferably in a product company
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to work with Figma or fluency in relevant, modern design tools and design systems
• Effectively balance technical constraints, business requirements, and marketing considerations while optimizing for the user experience
• Ability to demonstrate the company’s values in an ongoing and consistent way.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
