Director of Sales- SaaS
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Our client is an established and growing AI-powered advanced data analytics company based in California. They are looking for a proven and well-rounded Director of Sales to develop new opportunities in the Financial Services sector. If you are an overachiever looking for a huge and rewarding challenge and are dedicated to success, this role is for you.
MUST HAVE
- Proven success as a sales leader in software, SaaS, or technology company
- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience with selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions within the Financial Services industry
- 5+ years experience within and established relationships with managers and executives, specifically with credit unions and small to medium-sized banks
- Expertise in generating new logos through lead/demand generation, outbound email and calls, networking, events, conferences, trade shows, and other sales and marketing tactics
- Comfortable presenting, selling to, and closing deals with the C-Suite
- Extreme drive and sense of ownership
- Able to work fully-remote
- Willing to travel to client and industry events (less than 30%)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience leading and scaling a sales team (BDR and SDR)
COMPENSATION
- $140,000+ base + commission, OTE $300,000
