Director of Human Resources


Our client is one of the fastest-growing Amazon marketing agencies, with over 300 team members remotely distributed across more than 12 countries. To support their rapid scaling and increasing team size and complexity, they are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources leader to drive initiatives, internal processes, and employee satisfaction.   • Proven success in being part of building something substantial (company, team)
  • Experience building and leading large teams
  • Experience with companies of different sizes and stages of growth
  • Extreme drive and sense of ownership
  • ‘Full stack’ knowledge and expertise of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Some exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce and/or a tech / SaaS environment
  • Able to work U.S. EST hours
  • Able to work fully-remote

  • Advanced degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR)
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing and e-commerce



  • The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $150,000 to $180,000
