Director of Digital Agency Operations

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL AGENCY OPERATIONS

Our client is one of the fastest-growing Amazon marketing agencies, with over 300 team members remotely distributed across more than 12 countries. To support their rapid scaling and increasing team size and complexity, they are seeking a talented and experienced Operations leader to own everything related to client service delivery. MUST HAVE

  • Proven success in being part of building something substantial (company, team), ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce or tech startup environments
  • Executive-level experience building and leading large teams
  • Experience with companies of different sizes and stages of growth
  • Extreme drive and sense of ownership
  • ‘Full stack’ knowledge and expertise of Operations
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Able to work U.S. EST hours
  • Able to work fully-remote

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own client services delivery and satisfaction
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all projects
  • Develop and maintain operational systems and processes that drive efficient and effective day-to-day operations
  • Oversee Account and Project Management, Creative, and other divisions and teams
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs
  • Support fiscal responsibility and company profitability
  • Recommend improved measures for performance optimization
  • Resolve conflicts
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and other standards
  • Contribute to organizational strategy
  • Be a key member of the Leadership Team
     

NICE TO HAVE

  • Advanced degree in Business Management
  • PMP or other relevant certifications
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing and e-commerce

COMPENSATION

  • The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $150,000 to $165,000
