Director of Digital Agency Operations
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL AGENCY OPERATIONS
Our client is one of the fastest-growing Amazon marketing agencies, with over 300 team members remotely distributed across more than 12 countries. To support their rapid scaling and increasing team size and complexity, they are seeking a talented and experienced Operations leader to own everything related to client service delivery. MUST HAVE
- Proven success in being part of building something substantial (company, team), ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce or tech startup environments
- Executive-level experience building and leading large teams
- Experience with companies of different sizes and stages of growth
- Extreme drive and sense of ownership
- ‘Full stack’ knowledge and expertise of Operations
- 6+ years of experience
- Able to work U.S. EST hours
- Able to work fully-remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own client services delivery and satisfaction
- Oversee the planning and execution of all projects
- Develop and maintain operational systems and processes that drive efficient and effective day-to-day operations
- Oversee Account and Project Management, Creative, and other divisions and teams
- Develop and implement leadership development programs
- Support fiscal responsibility and company profitability
- Recommend improved measures for performance optimization
- Resolve conflicts
- Oversee compliance with regulations and other standards
- Contribute to organizational strategy
- Be a key member of the Leadership Team
NICE TO HAVE
- Advanced degree in Business Management
- PMP or other relevant certifications
- Advanced experience with digital marketing and e-commerce
COMPENSATION
- The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $150,000 to $165,000
