Digital Marketing Manager – Hybrid NYC – 2 days per week onsite in Manhattan

Our NYC-based client is one of the most exciting and fast-growing health and wellness companies in the country. They are looking to add a talented and accomplished Digital Marketing Manager to help drive growth and business impact. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning B2C digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, conversion and tangible ROI (increase in customers, visits, loyalty, revenue, etc.)
  • Managing marketing channels, including web, paid media, SEO/SEO, and social
  • Taking ownership of performance, measurement and reporting of marketing metrics
  • Overseeing creative development
  • Overseeing external partners and vendors
  • This is an individual contributor role reporting to the founder

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years experience with at least two in a similar role
  • Able to work 2 days per week onsite in Manhattan (no relocation offered)
  • Ability to be an individual contributor (potential to grow the team long-term)
  • Proven success (case studies with ROI) in marketing strategy and tactics that lead to measurable business results
  • Expert-level social media marketing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of content marketing, SEO/SEM, web design, email marketing/CRM
    and paid media
  • Project Management experience
  • Expertise with marketing measurement and reporting 
  • Experience with dynamic and growing brands
  • Experience managing annual budgets of $100K+
  • Ownership and Accountability mindset, self-driven and able to deliver
  • Legal work authorization

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
  • Team leadership experience

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000
