Digital Banking Product Marketing Specialist, Digital Channels

Location: San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid Role)

Our client, a world-renowned leader in private banking, is seeking a Digital Banking Product Marketing Specialist to support and promote digital tool engagement across the company’s B2C online and mobile platforms. This is a very visible role within a highly collaborative, innovative, and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase awareness and adoption of digital banking products and features across online banking and mobile apps
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and execute cross-channel campaigns (online and mobile properties, emails, hard copy collateral, direct mail, etc.) to promote adoption
  • Promote digital offerings internally and externally, driving messaging across product channels and outbound channels
  • Build a strategy that focuses on the key audiences and segments to reach
  • Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks for key campaigns
  • Be aware of the clients and the industry to ensure that the digital team is representing the voice of the customer
  • Identify and solve clients’ most pressing needs by working with the product, design, and analytics teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in relevant marketing roles (digital, product, lifecycle, or integrated marketing or relevant business strategy roles)
  • An understanding of financial services/fintech, as well as 3-4 years of digital product promotion and marketing experience, is preferred
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experiencing customer segment-driven campaigns
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies
  • Strategy and execution experience in the customer lifecycle (adoption, activation, engagement, and retention)
  • An ability to conduct, synthesize and apply user insights, research, and testing to strategy development
