A global digital agency company seeks a Creative Director of Visual Design to lead complex and innovative projects, creating experiences used by millions of people every day.

Responsibilities:

• Develop award-winning and impactful work for clients by conceptualizing, designing, driving, and executing
• Lead a team of Visual Designers
• Develop creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective
• Build and sustain effective working relationships internally and externally
• Stay current with recent design methodologies, trends, and techniques
• Develop an incredible portfolio of brands by participating and contributing to sales pitches and scoping new business

Requirements:

• 5-8 yrs of relevant experience in digital design at a senior level or higher, preferably in an agency, larger studio, or advertising environment
• Desire to be a hands-on designer who is willing to do the heavy lifting as needed
• Exceptional communicator with enthusiasm and passion that motivates colleagues and inspires them to innovate, able to present and defend great ideas gracefully
• Thrives under pressure and juggling multiple projects, delivering to dozens of stakeholders at the same time
