Sr. Product Manager, Platform

An innovative global tech company pushing the limits of immersive reality is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to help them improve their backend systems across multiple functions. Ideally, the candidate will be able to understand both the stated and unstated needs of the internal team of developers and deliver a product beyond expectations.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a vision for platform products
Write product requirements and work with cross-functional teams through implementation
Determine KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze data to determine user behavior
Conduct usability research to inform new features and improve user experiences
Provide continual direction to development teams, ensuring clear momentum across projects
Regularly communicate product plans and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
Work with the Design team to create optimal user experiences
Plan and execute short- and long-term product roadmaps in conjunction with Product Management leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a product manager working with backend systems, platforms, and/or websites
Strong technical background and experience working directly with Engineering, Product Design, and Data Science
A proven track record of working with APIs, data and marketing platforms, and content management systems
Experience working with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices
Experience in communicating stories through data and utilizing an iterative data collection and management method
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative sources to design and validate ideas
Experience with video platforms is a plus
Experience with events and entertainment businesses is a plus
International product experience is a plus
