Product Marketing Specialist, Digital Channels

Location: Hybrid (NYC or SFO)

Help lead engagement across all digital B2C digital channels!

Our client, a world-renowned leader in private banking, is seeking a Digital & Engagement Sr. Manager to lead digital tool engagement across the company’s B2C online and mobile platforms. This is a very strategic, visible role within a highly collaborative, innovative, and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Find ways to increase awareness, adoption, and usage of digital products and features across online banking and mobile apps
  • Plan and implement digital engagement strategies that increase client engagement measurably 
  • Plan, develop, and execute cross-channel campaigns to support adoption and engagement (online properties, hard copy collateral, direct mail, email, events, etc.)
  • Promote digital offerings internally and externally by positioning digital products and features, driving messaging across product and outbound channels
  • Build strategies that target key audiences and segments
  • Establish engagement goals for key campaigns. Develop KPI and measurement frameworks
  • Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams to solve clients’ most pressing needs
  • Partner with central marketing on critical initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles (digital, product, lifecycle, or integrated marketing or relevant business strategy roles) 
  • BA/BS degree
  • A proven track record of creating customer segment-driven campaigns for the acquisition, engagement, and retention of new customers
  • Bank and/or financial services experience
  • People leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in customer lifecycle strategy and execution
  • Understanding of user insights, research, and testing and the ability to synthesize and apply them
  • Small business marketing experience a plus
  • An understanding of digital product promotion/marketing – web and app experience preferred, fintech experience a plus
