Construction Project Manager: Coppell, TX

We are seeking an experienced, vibrant, and self-motivated Construction Project Manager in Coppell, TX!

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED – Our Client is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor who has been a Metroplex and National Industrial and Commercial construction leader since 1977. Their expertise includes Office, Commercial, and Industrial projects with an emphasis on the transportation industry, including trucking, automotive, and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas and across the country. By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid, and construction, they can better understand their clients’ needs and operational goals.

Experience:

• Senior level (5 plus years experience, ideally 8)
• Commercial General Contracting experience
• Light Industrial
• Tilt wall
• Ground up projects

You must possess the following:

• Formal education in construction or engineering with a strong technical knowledge is expected, and field experience is a great asset.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.
• Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore and other construction-related software.

Compensation Range:

• $95,000 -$135,000
